Angri. SMA Campania moves to the municipal building in Via Semetelle

The Municipality of Angri and SMA Campania SpA have signed a loan agreement for the building located in Via Semetelle, corner of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, owned by the municipality. The decision was taken following the expiry of the agreement relating to the premises previously occupied by SMA Campania SpA at the “Pasquale Novi” municipal stadium.

The new headquarters

The headquarters, in the former ASL District, was identified after a joint inspection to verify the feasibility of the dimensions and conditions of the building with respect to the needs of the company. SMA Campania SpA plays an important role in the territory, with control, monitoring and defense activities of woodland fauna and forestry heritage, as well as in the fight against forest fires and the mitigation of natural risks.

Duration of the contract

The contract provides for the assignment of the building and a space for parking the company’s vehicles, as well as the Borrower’s commitment to support management and maintenance costs. The agreement has a duration of six years, renewable, and includes specifications on the activities to be carried out and the obligations of the parties. The contract was signed by the Head of the UOC Public Works, Environment and Heritage of the Municipality of Angri and by the President of SMA Campania SpA
