Federico Leonardo Lucia aka Fedez, born in Milan on 15 October 1989, has been referred to the judicial authorities. The police reported him for brawling. That is, a crime that can be prosecuted ex officio, without the need for reporting by the victim. And that is Cristiano Iovino, the personal trainer who ended up in the newspapers for his intimate acquaintance with Ilary Blasi (denied by the showgirl). That he never went to tell the investigators what happened on the night between Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd April. But already on the morning of the 22nd the carabinieri delivered a crime report (Cnr) on what happened in via Marco Ulpio Traiano at Citylife and in the disco The Club of Largo La Foppa. The other crime hypothesized in the communication from the soldiers in via Moscova is that of injury.
The witnesses
There is no doubt that Chiara Ferragni’s separating husband was in the area that night. Even if he says no: “I wasn’t there and you can’t see anything from the camera”, he said yesterday at the Book Fair. And again: «Moreover, shortly afterwards he went dancing in Ibiza. If it wasn’t for my name there wouldn’t be any news.” The rapper has shown that he is very informed about the possible legal implications of the matter: «There is no medical report, there is no injured person. The crime of personal injury must have a record of more than 40 days. Even if he got hurt there is no crime. There are no extremes.” History seems to have gone differently. It begins with a fight in the nightclub between the rapper and the personal trainer over a blonde girl, later identified as Ludovica Di Gresy. She accompanies Fedez and is addressed in an inelegant manner by Iovino.
The fight in the nightclub and the beating of Iovino
Together with Fedez there are Jack Vanore, former tronista of Men and women, and the rapper Taxi Bi. But they had nothing to do with the fight. At 3.30 am the beating takes place. The carabinieri called by the vigilantes arrive but Iovino has already returned to the house for treatment. With him is Salvatore Angelucci, DJ and also a former tronista of Men and Women. Iovino has a wound to his eyebrow and various bruises. The two security guards of the Parco Vittoria complex in via Traiano recognized Fedez: «he was together with 8-9 other people and a blonde girl». The complex’s cameras show the rapper approaching Iovino first. He also appears to attempt to hit him with two punches, which the personal trainer dodges. Then Fedez’s other two companions jump on him.
The Ultras
Among them there are some AC Milan ultras. Some of them approached the security guard: “Mind your own business, don’t call anyone.” The Rossoneri bodyguard Christian Rosiello is present. The public prosecutor Michela Bordieri is investigating the file. The Republic explains today that the first report from the Carabinieri did not generate the automatic registration in the register of Fedez suspects because the first investigations outlined a different crime profile, namely that of injuries. For which a party complaint is necessary. But then the AC Milan ultras, the Inter ultras called by Iovino through contacts with the Lazio players, and Iovino’s attitude convinced the investigators to move. During the evening at the disco Ludovica Di Gresy was on the console as the guest of honour. According to the images of the internal circuit of the camera, an appreciation from Iovino triggers Fedez’s reaction.
Walk away towards the exit
At that point the nightclub bouncers intervene. Which push away first Iovino and then Fedez. At that point the phone calls begin. And we arrive at the meeting outside Iovino’s house. Where the beating takes place. Which the personal trainer has not yet reported. When the police urged him to go to hospital to be treated and draw up the report, he replied that he felt no pain.
