A very moving look between past and present. Space also for Carmen Russo, who became the mother of little Mary after 10 years of trying. Her daughter gave her a great surprise, showing up in the studio alongside Enzo Paolo Turchi, who however became the protagonist of a a little embarrassing.

In an all-female episode, dedicated to mothers, there is also room for a father. Enzo Paolo Turchi is in fact invited to sit down and immediately takes the floor define yourself as a “mom”. A way to underline how he wasn’t entirely a “crasher” at the party.
But what does it mean to be a mom? Carmen Russo’s husband explains it. Smile on his lips, she says of him: “I’m a mom because I cook at home”. His wife intervenes, trying to get the intervention back on track, but he doesn’t want to hear of it.

Paola Perego also intervenes in this moment of embarrassment: “You’re going down a bad road. I’m a mother because I clean and cook (…) Be very careful these days”. She warns him, therefore, but against what? In fact, there is no attempt to correct thinking, but rather to avoid the social massacre, as if the problem were “these times” which are too sensitive.
In the end everything resolves itself into a smile, without delving deeper into the topic. Enzo Paolo Turchi is a man worth marrying, it is said, because he gets his hands dirty at home and doesn’t stand by and watch, we add. Carmen Russo, love for her daughter
So much emotion in talking about his daughter Maria. Carmen Russo is moved, reiterating how she did nothing to not have children. However, her life took another path, almost pushing her to give up.
He then discovered that he had some physical problems to overcome. She has completed many treatments and has undergone various surgeries. After a decade she made it and she says it with a smile on her lips: “I am the happiest woman in the world”.
She discovered she was pregnant in June 2012 and was able to hug her little Maria in February 2013: “I tell all women to insist, if you want. It’s truly a beautiful thing, which fills your life and gives you meaning, making you feel important.”
