Flavio Briatore is looking for employees. In a video on social media, the well-known entrepreneur announced that he is looking for new figures in view of the season. «We opened La Rose Des Vents in Monte Carlo, we started with a team that we thought was sufficient, but it wasn’t», prefaces the entrepreneur. «We lack waiters, chefs de rang, both in the dining room and in the kitchen we need guys who want to work», he announces. As for the salary, he declares: «The salary with us is always at the highest compared to anyone else». How much the sum is specifically, however, he does not clarify. In 2016 Briatore declared that «a waiter at Twiga, I’m talking about a chef de rang who manages the tables, has a basic salary of 2,500 euros and an average tip of 4,000 euros a week». Today in the announcement the entrepreneur specifies: «If possible I am looking for kids from the border, such as Ventimiglia and Bordighera». Furthermore, he adds, «also on 15 and 16 June we will open the Twiga Baia Beniamin and there too we are looking for boys and girls as waiters and waitresses. On May 16 – he concludes – we will have an open day at Twiga in Montecarlo”.
