A counter-current day for Piazza Affari. In spite of the other lists, all weak, Milan closed the first session of the week up by 0.46% with the Ftse Mib which at 34,815 points again reached the highest levels since 2008.

The highlights of Stellantis (+3.7%) together with Diasorin (+2.85%), the latter following in the wake of the accounts. Good progress also for Tim (+2.74%) which is not affected by the confirmation of the TAR on the fine with Dazn on football rights while the market awaits the quarterly report on Wednesday.

Among the stocks under pressure are Leonardo (-3.34%), Iveco (-3.15%), Amplifon (-2.7%).

Outside the main basket Bff Bank is recovering (+13.86%) after last week’s collapse in the wake of the findings of Bank of Italy which blocked the distribution of dividends. Mediobanca analysts, for whom the stock is ‘neutral’, highlight that even in the worst case scenario which “appears manageable”, “a capital increase will not be necessary”.
