SUNRISE There were 11,493 members present at the Banca d’Alba meeting when the president Tino Cornaglia opened the proceedings on the items on the agenda. Since early morning, a long line of cars entered the city, while people began to form queues at the entrances to Sarti and Medford squares. Many have chosen to use the shuttles, departing from San Cassiano and Viale Industria.
And many parents, with children aged between three and eleven, were able to experience this moment with peace of mind, leaving their children in the play area supervised by the animators.
It is up to director Enzo Cazzullo to explain the balance sheet numbers to the members and he reported that, in 2023, Banca d’Alba granted two thousand mortgages, taking care to keep interest rates within acceptable thresholds. Among the thanks, he recalled the work of his 530 colleagues.

Specifically, we are talking about 11.6 billion in managed volumes, 505 million in own funds and 78.2 million in net profit. In total, as of 31 December 2023, there were 63,852 members and 74 branches, present in 449 Municipalities.
At the end of the meeting the members will go to the pavilion under which lunch can be consumed. First, however, they will have to choose which gift to have sent to their home: the options include a steamer, an iron, a crumb vacuum cleaner and an immersion blender.
The meeting, with the vote of the 17,490 members present, also approved the merger by incorporation of Iba Srl into Banca d’Alba and the establishment of a separate branch of the credit institution in Novara
