And again, always in the note issued by the associationwe read: “But it is not enough: in light of the gravity and resonance of the reports that have emerged, it is not enough to stop the conductor. It is necessary to suspend the entire broadcast of the new edition as a precaution Big Brotheruntil the facts have been completely clarified and the regularity of the competitor selection procedures has been verified.”

“With the new document – ​​which follows the one sent to the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Milan, in recent days, in order to request the verification of any profiles of criminal relevance – the Association has highlighted possible violations in contrast with the principles of transparency, correctness and good faith contractual sanctioned by sector legislation, asking the AGCM to open an investigation for unfair commercial practices and to ‘inhibit any continuation of the illicit conduct, by ascertaining and sanctioning the operator involved for unfair commercial practices, prohibited pursuant to art. 20 of the Consumer Code, and AGCOM an investigation in the context of the protection of consumer-users”, continues the note.
