No approach to the offended person and the places frequented by the same for a 67-year-old from the province of Benevento, accused of the crime of persecutory acts. The investigations, conducted by the mobile team of the police headquarters and coordinated by the public prosecutor’s office of Benevento, were started last April, following the complaint filed by the victim who, after reporting the man several times, was sentenced for the crime of acts persecutors, reported having received further threats and harassment.
Specifically, the 67-year-old had threatened the woman with death and had chased her with the car, at close range, moving to the right and left of the road, in an attempt to overtake, shouting and gesticulating against her. The investigating judge, therefore, evaluating the serious evidence gathered by the police, accepted the prosecutor’s request by issuing the precautionary measure.
