Object and purpose of the processing
The Data Controller only processes the recipient’s email address, for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter.
The legal basis is the request made by the recipient by filling out the form on this page.
Data included among those defined in Articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation 2016/679 as “special categories of personal data”, that is, personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, data concerning health or a person’s sex life or sexual orientation, judicial data or data relating to crimes or security measures.
Data transfer
The provision of data occurs on a voluntary basis by the interested party who intends to request the sending of the newsletter, but any refusal will result in the impossibility of receiving the requested service.
Treatment methods
The data provided will be used with computer and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, will be stored exclusively for the period in which the same is active.
No automated decision-making processes, such as profiling, are used.
Data recipients
The servers where the data is stored are located in Italy and the data will not be subject to disclosure or transfer to non-EU countries or international organizations, but may be communicated to subjects who assist the Data Controller, for example for technological maintenance needs of the site.
Rights of the interested party
At any time, the interested party may exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
- ask for confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data and access to the same;
- obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;
- ask the owner to rectify or delete the data processed, to limit the processing of data concerning him or her or to transfer the same;
- object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
- revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Italy is the Authority for the protection of personal data (at the email address [email protected]by fax to 06.696773785 or by post to the address Piazza di Monte Citorio n. 121 – 00186 Rome).
