FOLIGNO, July 2, 2024 – Far from the figure of someone who simply gives orders, the true leader is capable of uniting people in a cohesive group, directing energies towards a common goal.
In the last meeting of Edotto Club by title “A new leadership. From being a boss to becoming a mentor” you can discover it with Sauro Pellerucci (entrepreneur and chairman of the board of directors of Pagine Sì! SpA) how authoritativeness is more valuable than authority and that only by highlighting individual qualities can a leader build an effective team, based on shared objectives, roles and rules.
The event will be held Thursday, July 4th to the ore 18 in Foligno still in the Edotto auditorium (via Angelo Morettini 8F).
“Being a mentor and discovering talents, helping them emerge, is a bit like writing a novel: you open up new rooms, new stories, and you invite the characters to enter the scene and become protagonists”. This is what Pellerucci himself, a columnist, author of editorials and passionate writer of essays and novels, says.
Its ideals range from respect for the environment to the valorization of people, up to the support of associations and volunteering. Pellerucci focuses above all on social solidarity and on “good business”, constantly pursuing values of Social Responsibility and Sustainability.

This fifth stage concludes the series of meetings by Edotto Club, a path dedicated to entrepreneurs and professionals who intend to delve deeper into the emerging dynamics of the new way of doing business. The objective of the meetings was in fact to better understand how the time we live in is evolving and how, consequently, to adapt.
