In several locations on the northern coast of Rome, from 10 pm today, Tuesday 2 July, until 9 pm tomorrow, Wednesday 3 July, there will be a suspension of water supply by Acea Ato2. In Ladispoli and Cerveteri, the closure of some services to the public is expected.
In Ladispoli, moreover, the ordinance of non-potability of the water also arrives
Lo stop all’water on the northern coast of Rome by Acea Ato2, which is planning urgent maintenance work, could cause pressure drops or lack of water in the territories of Ladispoli, Cerveteri, Santa Marinella, Tolfa, Civitavecchia.
The Municipality of Ladispoli, on July 3, will keep public offices closed and schools of all levels open during this period for various activities and remedial courses. Furthermore, from 10pm on 2nd July to 8am on 4th July, based on an order by Mayor Grando, the non-potability of the water supplied by the Braccio di Mare Aqueduct and therefore for all water users located in the municipal territory of Ladispoli, with the exception of the Marina di San Nicola hamlet.
As regards, instead, Cerveteri the maintenance works on the water network will affect the entire municipal area including the hamlets of Borgo San Martino and I Terzi.
Also in this case for health and hygiene reasons on Wednesday 3 July only municipal offices will be closed to the public.
The water, on the same days and times, will not be missing only in Ladispoli and Cerveteri. This is a situation that will also affect the coast of Santa Marinella, Tolfa and Civitavecchia (read here for details).
Also affected by the extraordinary maintenance are the Municipality of Fiumicino (read here for details) and some neighborhoods of the city of Rome.
