This is an action that we have all done at least once in our lives using WhatsApp, but apparently it is a crime and there is a big risk.
Private chats on WhatsApp have reached a very high level of privacy protection and this aspect not only makes us feel safer against malicious people who could steal our information, but also with regards to our behaviour in terms of exchanging messages: very often, in fact, when we talk privately with friends we don’t always have all our inhibitions activated and it can happen that we say or do something that is not only morally unacceptable, but it can even constitute a real crime.

In fact, several users are used to creating stickers starting from images that They portray the faces of real people such as friends, relatives, acquaintances, professors and more; in itself the act of creating the sticker is not a crime, but it becomes one if the sticker is circulated in different chats without the consent of the person to whom the sticker refers, as it represents a violation of the processing of personal data which can be punished by up to 3 years of imprisonment.
