The Motorola Edge 50 is expected to launch later this month with a price tag of around €600. Here’s what we know so far about its specs and availability.

Motorola has already unveiled its flagship Edge 50 Ultra last month, followed shortly after by the other two members of the family Motorola Edge 50the Fusion, and the Pro. However, there’s still one model missing: the base variant that many expected Motorola to introduce alongside the Ultra. Apparently, Motorola wants to keep the Edge 50 series in the spotlight for as long as possible.

According to a new leak, the US company intends to launch the model Motorola Edge 50 by the end of the month. Colleagues of 91mobiles they cite a reliable source according to which the Motorola Edge 50 will be available in Europe for around 600 euros. This makes it the third most expensive Edge 50 phone in the series after the Edge 50 Ultra and Edge 50 Pro. The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion remains the cheapest phone in the series at just 449 euro.

The same report reveals the color options of the Motorola Edge 50 in Europa: grey, green and peach. It is also worth remembering that the rumored price of 600 euros is for the model 12/512 GBso the Edge 50 5G could end up being slightly cheaper if Motorola decides to release several models with less memory.

Unfortunately, no information on the Edge 50’s specifications has yet been leaked. The only details that have been confirmed are pretty standard for most phones these days, such as support NFC (Near Field Communication), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 6 e 5G.

Just like the other Edge 50 phones, the base model will come with Android 14. While the phone is expected to hit Europe later this month, it’s safe to say that Motorola will bring it to other countries as well. It remains to be seen when and if Motorola will change the name and/or specifications of the phone in other countries. Stay tuned for more information on this matter.
