Genova P2 Premier Padel: Last day of qualification

To see the world’s best in action we will have to wait another 24 hours, but even on Tuesday at the Genova Premier Padel P2 there will be no shortage of entertainment.

Because the big names are expected on the field for training, but also because in the eight qualifying matches scheduled starting at 12 (four men’s and four women’s) there will be access to the main draws at stake, which means points and prize money, but also the opportunity to play among the strongest.

The best part? The entrance to Valletta Cambiaso will still be free, for the last day, so the public will have the chance to watch a high quality sports show without paying a cent.

The eyes of Italian fans will be mainly on the Central Court, where at 12 the Italian pair composed of Giulio Graziotti and Flavio Abbate will go hunting for their third consecutive victory in Genoa, in a duel that promises to be complex but possible against the Spaniards Francisco Miguel Ramirez Navas and Victor Mena.

Following, instead, trying to qualify will be Chiara Pappacena and her partner Xenia Clasca, who are looking with confidence to the duel against Martina Fassio and Raquel Eugenio.

But also watch out on Court 1: at 12 the Italian-Argentine Denis Perino and Pablo Garcia Rodrigo (two who in Rome came close to achieving the feat against Navarro/Lebron, to give you an idea of their level) will face Leygue-Valenzuela, while to follow it will be the turn of none other than Libaak/Augsburger, indicated as two of the future stars of the circuit.

They didn’t shine at their debut, but watching them in action is always an experience, especially for the power padel of the second player who can reach speeds that 99% of colleagues can only dream of. Returning to Italy, among the Italians chasing the main draw there is also Carlotta Casali, together with the Spanish Alba Gallardo. The last obstacle, in the third match on Court 2, is Lucia Peralta and Patricia Ribeiro.
