Fear yesterday morning for a seventy-nine year old woman, mugged in Viale Portogallo, in the lower part of the Ciociaria capital. A bandit he grabbed her and took her bag.
It happened around 9:30. The woman was rescued by some passers-by, while the criminal had already disappeared. The carabinieri were on site and the incident was reported to them.
The reconstruction
According to an initial reconstruction of the facts, the elderly resident of the capital was on the street when she was robbed. An action that lasted a few seconds.
The seventy-nine-year-old was surprised from behind and thrown to the ground. The person who had robbed her took her bag and ran away. Some passers-by noticed the woman on the ground and helped her get up. In the meantime, the alarm was raised. Fortunately, the woman from Frosinone did not suffer serious injuries, but she was very scared.
The bag was found not far from the place of the theft. The area was reached by several citizens, who immediately rushed to understand what had happened. Great solidarity was expressed towards the victim.
A quiet morning in early July turned into a nightmare for the elderly woman living in the lower part of Frosinone.
