The area around the Giro d’Italia maxi bicycle which collapsed yesterday, overwhelming some people, has been seized.

The ones who were overwhelmed were the mayor Claudio Corradino, his deputy Giacomo Moscarola and the councilor Corrado Neggia. The mayor and Moscarola were not injured, while Neggia suffered cracked ribs and a broken arm and will be operated on in the morning.
