In the meantime, the developer suggests players play on world data servers with low player populations like Dynamis, Shadow, or Oceania, as the chances of encountering memory fragmentation are reduced when playing on servers with fewer players.
Not a great start for the expansion, especially on Xbox considering that Final Fantasy XIV it had been awaited for a very long time.
