CASTELFRANCO. The preparation work of Fgl Zuma Castelfranco continues unabated, announced as protagonist of the next women’s B1 series championship. In recent days the joint training calendar has been made official, which will begin tomorrow at 8pm, at the Pala Bagagli in Castelfranco, the opponent being PVP Prato of the former Giulia Bertelli (B2F).
Thursday 28 September, again at Pala Bagagli, test with a team of the same category, Montespertoli (always at 8pm). Finally, on Saturday 30 September, triangular in Florence (Novoli) with the hosts Liberi e Forti and the historic rivals of Toscanagarden Nottolini Capannori. A nice tournament, all well-equipped and top-class teams.
Official presentation on Tuesday 26th: team, staff and management will meet in the Municipality at 6pm, with the presence of the mayor Gabriele Toti and the sports councilor Federico Grossi.
The squad is entrusted to a top coach like the former Italian champion Marco Bracci. From Serie A, the setter Florencia Ferraro, former Marsala and Vicenza, joined in the role by Alessandra Focosi. FGL Zuma will make his championship debut on Sunday 8 October, at the Pala Bagagli (5.30pm) against Clementina Volley Ancona.
