A pearl to beat Genoa before the break; two close calls to defeat Salernitana when the championship resumes. It’s time for Nemanja Radonjic, aka Maradonjic: for a few weeks now, the Serbian playmaker has been playing the role of Torino’s striker, so much so that he has already scored four goals since the start of the season, including friendlies. A remarkable haul in a team that, from the waist up, is scoring slowly. “Nemanja was good and cynical, he scored two goals but he can do even better: let’s hope he continues like this” crosses his fingers Ivan Juric who knows how the performance of his “artist” is constantly on a roller coaster. Certainly, so far, Radonjic’s goals have managed to mask the shortcomings of a Toro attack that just can’t break the deadlock.

Sanabria and Pellegri have been dry since the start of the new season; and to close the gap at the end of the transfer window Duvan Zapata arrived from Atalanta.
