Tonight Italy – Poland, the final of the men’s European Volleyball Championships: what time and where to watch it on TV
The anticipation grows minute by minute for the final of the European Volleyball Championships, which will see Italy challenge Poland. At 9pm, in the packed Palaeur in Rome, with the presence of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, Fefé De Giorgi’s men set out to win an encore, after their victory in last year’s World Cup, where the opponents were the same Poles.

Giannelli and his teammates reach the final following a convincing 3-0 win against France in the semifinals and a fifth-set battle win against the Netherlands in the quarterfinals. On the other side of the pitch, the Poles overcame Serbia and Slovenia, both by scores of 3-1, to earn their place in the final.

After the World Cup final, Italy and Poland faced each other twice more: the first time in the Nations League match, won by their opponents, and the second clash at the Hubert Wagner Memorial, with an Italian triumph.

The Italian national team is therefore called upon to defend the European title, having won the last edition of the European Championships in 2021, when they defeated Slovenia in the final. Despite the seven trophies already present in the blue cabinet, the objective now is to chase the Soviet Union, which has won 12 titles, so the road to success still has to be followed with determination.

What time does the final start and where to watch it

The highly anticipated final of the European Volleyball Championships between Italy and Poland is set for 9pm at the Palaeur in Rome, and fans will be able to follow it live on various platforms. It will be broadcast live on Sky Sport Uno and Sky Sport Arena, but will also be accessible for free on Rai 1. Furthermore, for those who prefer streaming, the match will be available on Now, on the Sky Go platform and on Rai Play.
