Many years of projects for the community and many new services for citizens: an important milestone for the Polisportiva I’Giglio which has enriched its Municipality of Castelfiorentino on a structural level, with the creation of a new work within its tennis club /padel in viale Roosevelt 26, a beach volleyball, soccer and tennis court. The inauguration will take place on Sunday 4 June at 17.30.
For the first time in the Municipality of Castelfiorentino, the creation of a multi-purpose and innovative field was thought of. These new services further enrich the offer of sports activities that Polisportiva I’Giglio offers to everyone, and in particular to sports enthusiasts, carrying out an action of great social value. At the club, in addition to the padel and tennis courts, there is a beach volleyball court, which can also be used for tournaments or matches for beach soccer and tennis soccer, new disciplines and new opportunities also for the summer season, now upon us.
“We are thrilled to have made this investment as it allows us to increase the country’s sporting services for all age groups. All of this required a great deal of effort on the part of volunteers, councilors and members who worked to complete the beach field and beyond, the bar area was also integrated with a super wooden canopy. I thank all Polisportiva for this result. This new space will be an added value for our country”.
Emphasize the President. The Polisportiva I’Giglio proves once again to be an attentive and ready sports association to offer citizens the possibility of structures and spaces. These areas are known as meeting points, just think of agreements with schools or the organization of tournaments, to make sport part of everyone’s daily life. The inauguration is scheduled for Sunday 4 June to which the institutions, the other sports clubs of the country and all citizens will be invited. The ribbon cutting at 17.30 will be accompanied by a toast and followed by performances by some semi-professionals.
