Toprak and MotoGP: the possible landing in the other paddock by the Turkish rider is one of the current topics. Kenan initially spoke out on the issue, through his colleagues at Speedweek, while now the person directly involved has also come out into the open.
The current leader of the World Championship recently spoke with colleagues at Motorsport.com, clarifying the issue: “I always make decisions together with Kenan. – he said – as many know I started thinking about MotoGP. We will see over time whether it will be possible this year or in 2026. There are definitely teams I’m meeting and talking to.”
On the matter, Toprak has clear ideas: “We want to go next year, otherwise we will try again for 2026. Within a week the situation will be clear, knowing that BMW is not happy and I can understand that very well, but for my career it would be better to go to MotoGP as soon as possible”.
One thing is certain: Toprak wants MotoGP, but obviously he will have to deal with BMW’s opinion, but above all understand what the valid and concrete possibilities are on the field. The field seems to be narrowing more and more.
