The 2023-2024 season ended with a triumph of successes and records for the Pallavolo Crotone family, a sports reality that has left an indelible mark on the youth and national series panorama. June 30 marked the end of a period full of memorable matches, both in the youth and series championships, confirming the exceptional commitment and determination of all the actors involved.

With a team led by a solid management staff, Pallavolo Crotone has had a string of organizational and sporting successes. Not only has it shone within the province and region, but it has also made its presence felt at a national level, winning the admiration of fans and supporters.

A total of 500 members marked a significant increase in the men’s sector, which saw a notable increase to 100 athletes. These numbers did not go unnoticed by President Romina Pioli, who, a few days ago, convened the Board of Directors and the assembly to discuss the entry of new energy into the Board and management staff. The goal is clear: to adapt the organizational structure to the growing size of the affiliated group, ensuring a solid base for the next seasonal cycle.

The future promises to be full of news for Pallavolo Crotone. The individual training offer will be strengthened, alongside technical preparation to further improve the players’ performance.

President Romina Pioli will be supported by two trusted vice presidents, Vittoria Zurlo and Domenico Voce, chosen by the assembly to assist the staff in the new season that begins on July 1 with the re-affiliation and registration for the prestigious women’s B1 series championship. Coaches Piero Asteriti and Alfredo Argiró are already working on the technical program for the next championship, ready to present the new athletes who have joined the team.

President Romina Pioli expresses great satisfaction for the results achieved and is enthusiastic about the upcoming season: “We will soon present our new management team to the city and other sports clubs, ready to assume their responsibilities. Immediately after, it will be time to present our entrepreneurial sponsors, ready to support the Pallavolo Crotone project. I am confident that the territory will support us, recognizing in us a professional organization committed to creating an environment of healthy values for young people.”

Pallavolo Crotone looks to the future with determination and ambition, ready to consolidate its role as a protagonist in the local and national sports scene, with the aim of promoting social integration and well-being through sport.
