Now Sampdoria is substantially free from its cumbersome past and all the shares of the Sampdoria club are held by the new owners represented by Matteo Manfredi. This morning in Milan, in fact, it was reached and signed in front of the judge of the Daniela Marconi Companies Courtthe grave agreement between the same Manfredi, the former patron Massimo Ferrero (which he had already signed last Tuesday) and Trustee Gianluca Vidal which definitively establishes the acquisition of the club by Gestio Capital through the special purpose vehicle Blucerchiati.

In the next few days, the details of an operation will be known which now allows Manfredi and his financiers to develop the Sampdoria project. The remaining share of shares held by Holding Max of the Ferrero family (approximately 21% of the share capital) it was therefore “liquidated”.

A large role in this negotiation was played by the lawyer Francesco De Gennaro by Dla Piperwho never stopped believing in a solution to the crisis with the old ownership, protagonist of what Manfredi had defined “disturbing actions”.

In the afternoon the usual occurred final shot by Massimo Ferrerowho declared on Radio Cusano: “I haven’t closed anything. Never wake up the Viperetta! The Ferrero era ends when they pay. We’ll see each other in the courts”. In the same speech, however, Ferrero seems to contradict himself, declaring that he has signed “a week ago”… And also reiterating that what he had stated during Forever Samp broadcast on Telenord (although he confuses the name), that is, having sold Sampdoria to Radrizzani, occurred because “I had pig heads inside the house sending bullets at me.” Folkloristic, but legally inconsistent.

Sampdoria is absolutely calm and from what we learn the postponement to October 22nd at 1pm was set only to give the Judge notice of the execution of the activities subsequent to the signing of the agreement. The proceedings are technically suspended, in fact no further investigative or defense activities have been requested from the parties.
