MONSELICE (Padua) – The minirugby teams of the Altopolesano club were guests of Rugby Monselice together with Rugby Legnago and Lupos Rugby.
The indications received from coaches Matteo “Frank” Ferrati and Emily Brusemini of the very young under 6s were excellent who on Sunday 19 November were able to count on 12 of the 16 registered children, synonymous with the fact that the young athletes are having fun with the game of rugby.
The coaches of the team were also happy at the end of the dayunder 8 Mauro Manoli and Michele “Tindal” Tinazzo for seeing on the pitch the progress they have worked on a lot in recent weeks with the boys.
The coaches were also satisfied under 10 Andrea Ferracin, Fabio Stevanella and Matthew Crivellaro for the enthusiasm with which the boys took to the pitch, fighting for every ball and supporting each other.
Positive day also forunder 12 by Vittorio Golfetti and Giovanni Dolcetto who played proactive rugby as requested by the coaches during the week.
At the end of the day the technical director Alberto Ferro said he was happy not so much with the excellent sporting results, but above all with the positive attitude that the boys put on the pitch, a sign that the inputs given by the coaches during the week are well received and assimilated.
The under 14 team of coaches Luca Bonini and Michele “Castro” Bighetti has been resting and will take the field next Saturday in Badia in a seven grouping with Patavium Rugby Union and Rugby Verona in which all the clubs will field two teams.
