Our list does not include special editions, such as “anniversary” kits, but is a ranking of playing shirts only.
The 20 most beautiful shirts of 2025
The flashier jersey of 2025 was released in December. The new Chapecoense shirt recalls theplane crash that killed players and team staff in 2016 – and which will turn 10 in 2026.
Produced by Kappa, the shirt is a tribute to Atlético Nacional, for the “exceptional gestures of solidarity, empathy and love for others” carried out by the Colombian team after the accident. Nacional would have been Chape’s opponent in that fateful Copa Sudamericano final that never took place.
The uniform has already been so successful that Kappa is unable to satisfy the purchase request from many fans.
2- Germany (first division)
The 2026 World Cup will be Adidas’ last with Germany and the brand has decided to bid it farewell in a bombastic way.
The model is reminiscent of Germany’s triumph in the 1990 World Cup and won over 11 out of 10 football fanatics.
3- Juventus (third uniform)
This Juve marvel not only features the Trefoil (the old Adidas logo), but also the classic little horse that was part of the Italian club’s emblem.
According to the Turin club, the garment is a tribute to the winemaking tradition of the Piedmont region.
4 – Genoa (third uniform)
Kappa has produced some works of art in 2025, in particular the Genoa third kit, which with its centenary look is the most elegant ever.
If you have no idea what to wear to the wedding you have been invited to, the Griffin kit is the best option in this ranking.
5 – Liverpool (third kit)
Adidas knows it well: there is nothing more seductive than a nostalgic reinterpretation of a classic.
Liverpool’s third kit pays homage to the green that the Reds wore with elegance – and a little joy – in the nineties. He has been one of the biggest sellers among Premier League teams this season.
The model marks the return of Trefoil to Liverpool for the first time since 1992.
6 – Flamengo (third kit)
Flamengo is one of the few cases where the old club crest does not outperform more modern versions. However, the bright new rubronegros third kit is another success from Adidas and has already become a collector’s item.
7 – Arsenal (terza divisa)
In Arsenal’s case, the old crest helps. After much hesitation with the Gunners, Adidas have done very well this year – and produced one of the London club’s finest shirts of the last twenty years.
8- Nice (first team)
Simple and elegant, the Nice shirt makes Milan fans miss Kappa and the team of Van Basten and Carlo Ancelotti of the early nineties.
Boca’s first shirt would strike fear into any opponent, but the current team doesn’t help.
Despite the difficult times of the Argentine club, the current shirt is a source of pride for Xeneize fans.
10 – Roma (second uniform)
It’s hard to go wrong with the Roma shirt. The club has a memorable color scheme, a she-wolf on the shield and lives in Italy.
This season’s away kit is retro and brings back the green color of the team’s past – impeccable.
This is the fifth – and final – model from Adidas’ Trefoil range in our ranking.
11 – Rangers (first kit)
The only Umbro shirt in this year’s top 20 comes from Scotland.
Rangers have something in common with Flamengo that works very well: they both use a typographical emblem on the shirt featuring the club’s initials, rather than the “full” shield.
This tactic gives a touch of tradition to their colors. The Rangers’ 2025 uniform highlights the team’s emblem.
12 – Porto (third uniform)
It’s been a long time since New Balance started producing Porto kits, and it’s been a long time since we’ve seen anything exciting.
The third kit launched in 2025, however, escapes the rule: it is discreet, “slick” and with a collar that makes the difference.
13 – Milan (second uniform)
While reminiscent of the model used in the 1982 relegation campaign, the new shirt no. 2 of Milan is a beauty. The highlight of the shirt is a devil instead of the traditional club symbol.
This is the only Puma jersey in our top 20.
14 – Atalanta (second kit)
The second New Balance shirt in our top 20 is Atalanta’s reserve shirt.
From the incomplete team-inspired stripes of the 80s to the Goddess crest used in the 60s, everything is excellent.
15 – Finland (first uniform)
The second – and last – team to appear on our list, Finland won’t be going to the World Cup, but they have a beautiful Nike kit to play in the 2026 friendlies.
16 – Spurs (second kit)
It’s not easy to design incredible shirts for Tottenham, as the club’s traditional kits lack color and shape.
However, a round of applause must be given to Nike for the collection of the London team launched this year. All three shirts are great, with the second one being a standout.
The Panathinaikos shirt is sometimes with vertical stripes, sometimes horizontal, and in some seasons – like the current one – the team wears all green.
This is how the Greek team played in the seventies. The model launched in 2025 by Adidas introduced white shoulders and worked very well.
18 – PSG (first kit)
As with the Finnish shirt, Nike has inserted “pylons” into the vertical stripe of the new PSG kit.
According to the club’s website, the design is inspired by the architectural heritage of Paris. We bought it.
Werder Bremen are the best dressed team in the Bundesliga this season. Hummel’s three new uniforms are fantastic, with the third one standing out above all else.
The biggest surprise of the ranking, the jersey of Dinamo Zagreb, leaders of the Croatian championship, has not received the credit it deserves.
This is Castore’s best work of the season.
