The prosecutor has opened a case against unknown persons for murder. The young woman was found semi-undressed, without documents with bruises on her face and neck. On my feet a pair of «Tn» sneakers
The solution to the mystery could well come before the autopsy resultsnot yet fixed. But from the identification of the two silhouettes that the surveillance cameras of the building show entering the courtyard late at night. A man and a woman moving togetherwithout apparently there being any violent attitudes on the part of the boy, who then reappears some time later alone. At the moment it is only an investigative suggestion, because the footage is grainy and in any case without the identification of the victim – he had no documents and the analysis of the fingerprints did not have a match in the Afis archives – the police investigations are extremely complicated.
Prosecutor Antonio Pansa opened a case against unknown persons for murder and that of a crime is currently the most robust hypothesis. The victim had marks on his neck, in particular a two to three centimeter deep redness on the right side of the neck and a hematoma on the left eye, more similar to a blow against an object than a punch. The medical examiner found no other signs of violence on the body and for this reason he did not comment on the causes of death awaiting the autopsy.
The victim was found early in the morning by one of the caretakers of the buildings at number 74 of Via Privata Paruta, a narrow street in the populous area of Via Padova, north of Milan. No one has so far recognized the victim as one of the residents nor did he say he had seen her before. But other checks are underway on this. The body was found in a driveway near the entrance gate, always open at night, as well as the other (pedestrian) passage on Via Padova.
The girl, aged 25-30, was supine on the concrete. On his feet are a pair of Nike Tn shoes, blue tracksuit bottoms and a black down jacket covering his chest. He was not wearing underwear, socks or sweaters. Two were found next to the body (one red and one blue), as well as some socks and panties next to a pack of cigarettes. It is possible that these are his clothes but scientific analyzes will be needed to clarify this. A scene that made Carabinieri investigators from the Monforte company and the Investigative Unit think that the victim was “dressed up” by her killer or that she did it herself quickly and roughly. The neighbors told the police that in the past it has happened that someone hid in the courtyard. But it cannot be ruled out that everything happened inside some apartment and that only afterwards was the body left outside. The medical examiner performed swabs to check for signs of possible sexual assault.
The victim had no bag, cell phone or documents. A circumstance considered anomalous, it is therefore possible that they were taken away by whoever accompanied her. Fingerprint analysis has so far been unsuccessful. Either she is an Italian with no criminal record, or a foreigner from the EU, or a foreigner born in Italy or a non-EU citizen who has never been identified before. We are also working on missing persons reports and in environments frequented by the poor such as canteens and dormitories. Bruising on the neck, although not as severe, could be signs of strangulation. No one reported hearing any noises from the courtyard the other night.
