The Berlin AquaDom aquarium, the largest cylindrical aquarium in the world located in the lobby of the Radisson Blu Hotel, has exploded.
14 meters high, the AquaDom held one million liters of salt water and 1500 exotic fish. According to initial information, the explosion took place in the middle of the night, around 4:30.
From the videos posted on social media, it can be seen that in the morning the water was still coming out of the building, flooding the surrounding streets.
Firefighters at work as Berlin police report two people injured. The whole area has been cordoned off.
