Still no trace of Giacomo Bozzoli, definitively sentenced to life imprisonment for theMurder of Uncle Mariokilled in October 2015 and cast into the furnace of the Macheno foundry. When the carabinieri showed up at the door of the house on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda, they didn’t find anyone and from there the search immediately began. It is not excluded that it was a departure dictated by the confusion of the moment and that Bozzoli could turn himself in in the next few hours.

The sentence of conviction
The Court of Cassation confirmed the life sentence and therefore the double sentence that the 39-year-old from Brescia had already received in the first instance and then on appeal, in Brescia. For the judges, the man threw his uncle into the furnace of the family foundry. Giacomo Bozzoli, who he has always remained at liberty during these nine years, did not follow the hearing in Rome, where instead the father Adelio was present. The man had explained that his son was waiting in his home on Lake Garda. But that was not the case.
Yesterday afternoon, investigative sources had reported that the Brescia Public Prosecutor’s Office would have waited for the extract of the sentence confirming the conviction to be sent before signing the prison order.
