Sebastien Chenu announced that he had come out on top in the first round of the legislative elections in the 19th constituency of the North: the National Rally candidate obtained 58.35% of the votes this Sunday, June 30. He was therefore re-elected in the first round.
His NFP opponent, Cédric Brun, obtained 21.83% of the votes. The Ensemble candidate obtains 15.07%.

What were the results of the 2022 legislative elections?
During the 2022 election, Sébastien Chenu, RN candidate, came first in the first round with 44.35%, ahead of Patrick Soloch (Nupes) at 25.64%.
In the second round, Sébastien Chenu was elected with more than 57% of the votes, ahead of candidate Nupes (42.85%).
As a reminder, during the European elections of June 9, the RN list of Jordan Bardella came out on top in this constituency with 53.13% of the vote, ahead of the LF1 list of Manon Aubry (8.7%) and that of the French Communist Party of Léon Deffontaines (7.74%).
