Wine and the land increasingly represent great resources, conviviality, culture, planning, economic and tourist development.
A combination which, for example, for Puglia, Salento, the Brindisi area, is very important, but must be increasingly valorised, consolidated, through synergies, initiatives which, among other things, cannot ignore institutional commitment, at all levels.
A combination that, for example, Tenute Lu Spada has been looking at for some time now, located practically a few steps away from a heritage site of the city and of the Brindisi area such as the Cillarese invasion-park.
A reality, a “suggestive landscape and scenario”, present with its wine production also in various European events and stands and increasingly becoming “a real cultural container, through initiatives, conferences, meetings involving sector experts, citizens , political representatives, entrepreneurs, organizations and associations from the city of Brindisi and the surrounding area.
Last Friday, presentation of the book by former senator Dario Stefàno entitled “Enotourism 4.0”, meanwhile the “fruit” of the great passion of a man, of an entrepreneur, for wine, his land, Salento.
Dario Stefàno’s book, with Donatella Cinelli Colombini and the valid and timely contribution of various sector associations, essentially highlights an overview of the sector, through statistical data, trend analysis, updates and insights, practical suggestions for wineries and institutions tourist.
A work therefore useful not only for the wineries, but also for the tourist promotion of the wine-growing areas.
That relationship WINE – LAND – TOURISMwhich among other things “fits in” precisely with “Brindisi candidate for Capital of Culture 2027”, a future, a development which, as stated by the mayor of Brindisi Giuseppe Marchionna, “will take inspiration, in terms of ideas and initiatives, from a dossier presenting the candidacy which must also contain the importance of the wine, the contribution and significant impact of our companies and wine and food and wine businesses”.
Wine tourism has become an increasingly popular form of tourism. The Wine Tourism 4.0 report is a tool and manual of knowledge, thanks to Dario Stefàno we also and above all have a more in-depth picture of what is truly a great resource for tourism and the growth of the territory”.
