The meeting “Let’s rebuild the territory – The profession in the kitchen becomes art” was articulated in a campaign to enhance culinary traditions, according to an idea of the social promotion association “Cooking Solution” and of “AssoLocali – Experience Bisceglie“, under the patronage of Puglia Region, City of Bisceglie, Pro Loco Bisceglie And Bisceglie Castle. The chef Pietro Zito (“Antichi Sapori” by Montegrosso) presented the volume There is an outside and there is an insidewritten with Raffaella Leone (Secop Edizioni, 2023).
The mayor of Bisceglie spoke Angelantonio Angaranothe president of the Pro Loco Bisceglie Pierpaolo Sinigaglia and the president of AssoLocali Andrea Ferrante. He introduced the evening Giuseppe Frizzalevice president “Cooking Solution”, and moderated Sandro Romano, gastronomy journalist.
