Along the way, on a straight stretch of the 195 in San Giovanni Suergiu, the terrible head-on – during an overtaking – between a Swiss camper and a Ferrari, which took flight and then caught fire. The occupants of the vehicle, a Swiss couple, were charred to death. The husband was 67 years old, the wife 63. For today they had planned a lunch in Masua, the luxury car had been rented to participate in the event.
