Ugo Ojetti and “A week in Abruzzo” will be the protagonists of a new appointment in the “Comete – Scie d’Abruzzo” tour (Ianieri Ed.): on 22 September at 6.00 pm the reportage from the early twentieth century will be made known in Fossacesia (CH) where the Teatro Comunale Saraceni will host the meeting.

A few days after the start of the cinema thanks to the collaboration with Ciakcity, the Unaltroteatro company of Arturo Scognamiglio and Lorenza Sorino announces the “Reopening party” of the Cinema Auditorium Zambra in Ortona (CH) scheduled for 23 September at 6.30 pm at the municipal structure managed by the same production.
Giulianova, “Blood Brothers Tribute Band” concert
On the penultimate Saturday of the month, Bruce Spreengsteen’s music arrives to animate and make the historic center sing. The “Blood Brothers Tribute Band”, with the songs of the “boss”, will take the stage on Saturday 23 September, the day of his 74th birthday. Impossible to miss.
Tornareccio event dedicated to honey and the excellence of the Abruzzo region
Market exhibition, tastings, awards and music for the seventeenth edition of Regina di Miele Exhibition stands, tastings, concerts, guided tours, awards, conferences and much more for the seventeenth edition of Tornareccio Regina di Miele, the event dedicated to honey and excellences of the land of Abruzzo that takes place Saturday 23 September and Sunday 24 in Tornareccio, in the province of Chieti.
The first day’s program includes:, in addition to the exhibition part open until midnight: the hula hoop workshop for the little ones (3.00 pm); the free mini tours organized by the Friends of Artistic Mosaic association to admire the splendid works of art in the open-air museum of Tornareccio; the tasting and presentation of a new product, “A toast to the flavor of honey”, organized by Luca Finocchio beekeeping (4.45 pm); at 6.00 pm Maxi Manzo presents “Roots and traditions” songs from the Italian and South American popular tradition, with video projections of the film “El vestido de dora”, winner of the “Premio Flaiano 2022 Luca Attanasio Italian Section”, with the participation of maestro Danilo Di Paolonicola ; Mami Wata’s live performance (8.30 pm) which closes the first part of the event. The participation of Maxi Manzo, an Italian-Argentine musician who has origins from Tornaccia, reiterates the attention of the municipal administration for the Roots Tourism project which will materialize with a series of initiatives aimed at promoting the territories and the rediscovery of the roots by Italian descendants of Abruzzo, in 2024, proclaimed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the national year of Roots Tourism.
Sunday 24th it opens with the usual Beekeeper’s Mass followed by the opening of the stands at 9.00 am. At 10.30 in the “R. Gaspari” there is the conference “The world of bees and beekeeping. Bees, environment and territory”, with the participation of: Giancarlo Naldi, director of the National Honey Observatory and many others.
