Cars and motorbikes allowed. Cars and motorbikes are allowed in this parade built until 1993 who have become protagonists of competitions or even more recent ones as long as they high historical and collectible interest. The selection is made at the sole discretion of the organizing committee, the Pro Spino Team.
The program. After the preliminary operations, the first one is scheduled to depart on Saturday 23 September parade on the Passo dello route Spino, along the provincial road 208 of Pieve Santo Stefano. So display of the vehicles and lunch in Viale San Francesco, in Chiusi della Verna. The awards. The day will end with the awards ceremony. Awards will be given to most representative car for each category in addition to best match for car or motorbike and driver’s clothing for vehicles built in the following periods: the twenties and thirties, the forties and fifties, the sixties and seventies. Natural racetrack. Lo Spino’s path is steeped in history and passion. In 1970 the champion Carlo Benelliknown to most as Riccardone, climbed onto the highest step of the podium of the sixth edition of the uphill race “Pieve Santo Stefano – Passo dello Spino” and defined the asphalt tape on which he had competed and won “a natural racetrack attached to the mountain”.
