The body of the lake was identified deep in the stretch of water of Lake Maggiore in front of Cannero Riviera 73-year-old German tourist who in the late afternoon today – on Sunday – she fell ill shortly after diving.
The woman had arrived with her husband and a couple of friends in Cannero Riviera from the Varese side of the Verbano. Around 6 pm under the eyes of her husband who was on the pier, after a few strokes the woman had an illness and disappeared from his sight.
