BARI (ITALPRESS) – Among the Italian regions, the social communication of the Puglia Region is the second in Italy for numbers and ability to involve the community. This was revealed by the annual report of the DeRev agency on the communication of the Italian Regions on social media.
The report underlines the “great leap” of the Puglia Region in the general ranking: from the eighth place recorded in 2022, Puglia has recovered 6 positions, above all thanks to the excellent performance in terms of involvement of the contents published on the social platforms monitored by the agency.

The analysis monitors 4 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
In terms of size of the Community, Puglia is the sixth region of Italy, with a total of 328,397 followers, equal to 8.36% of the population, divided as follows: Facebook (184,902), Instagram (35,924), Twitter (107,502) and TikTok (67, being activated).
In terms of overall social content engagement capacity, Puglia is third with an average interaction rate of 0.603%: on Facebook, Puglia is second in Italy with an engagement of 1.03%; on Instagram, Puglia is the best region in Italy with an engagement of 1.35%; on Twitter, Puglia’s engagement is in line with the data of the other regions.
