Turin, 24-hour strike by local public transport on Friday 26 May

A 24-hour general strike of all public and private categories is scheduled for Friday 26 May 2023 – on various economic and social issues – to which the Territorial Organization of USB-private work adheres. Here are more details on the reasons for the strike which could also have repercussions on the various services managed by GTT, with consequent possible inconvenience for customers. GTT also informs that the completion of the departing journeys will be ensured within the guaranteed service periods.

The time slots in which the local public transport service will be guaranteed are as follows:

  • Urban-suburban service, subway, customer service centers: from 6 to 9 and from 12 to 15.
  • Extra-urban service, railway service sfmA – Airport-Ceres: from the start of service at 8 and from 14.30 to 17.30. The trains guaranteed in the event of a strike are highlighted in the current timetable displayed to the public at the station and on the GTT website. Between 15 and 18, the runs of the SF2 bus line between Venaria and Turin and vice versa may not be guaranteed.
  • Railway service sfm1 – Rivarolo-Chieri: from 6 to 9 and from 18 to 21.
