Tickets can be purchased only and exclusively by those in possession of the fidelity card (Fan Stadium Card). Under no circumstances is the change of user permitted.
Season ticket holders who have not yet purchased the pre-emption coupon will be able to continue to take advantage of the 20% discount on the full price of the ticket, but will no longer have the possibility of exercising the pre-emption on their seat.
Each subscriber will be able to take advantage of the discount only for the purchase of a single ticket.
In the first phase, the free sale will be limited to the Posillipo and Nisida sectors as well as the lower rings of the Distinti and Curve.
Subsequently, the sale will be open to the upper rings of the Distinti and the Curve.
METHOD OF SALE
Except as specified below, tickets can be purchased:
– online, on the Ticketone website (https://sport.ticketone.it/search?promoter=90600215). In this case, the ticket will be uploaded digitally to the fidelity card (Fan Stadium Card).
– at authorized Ticketone points of sale (click here to consult the list). Also in this case, the entrance ticket will be loaded, in digital mode, on one’s loyalty card (Fan Stadium Card).
INFORMATION RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL SECURITIES (UPLOADED ON THE FIDELITY CARD)
If the title is uploaded digitally to the fidelity card, the purchaser will receive via email (if purchased on the Sport.ticketone.it website), or directly from the staff of the authorized sales point where the purchase is made, a coupon /placeholder.
To access the Stadium, it is essential to bring your loyalty card, coupon/placeholder and a valid identification document with you – which must be shown at any request by the control staff present at the stadium.
It should be noted that the coupon/placeholder does not constitute, in itself, a valid ticket for admission to the stadium.

Seats reserved for disabled users can be purchased (subject to availability) starting from 12.00 on Friday 31 March 2023. GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Access to the Stadium must take place in an orderly manner, in compliance with the instructions given by SSC Napoli through its staff, in order to avoid gatherings.
At the end of the race, in order not to create gatherings, the outflow will be limited and regulated by the security personnel. Therefore, the public is invited to remain in their seats and wait for the instructions of the stewards to exit.
Non-compliance with the protocols may result in sanctions by the competent authorities.
Ownership of an admission ticket to the Maradona Stadium automatically implies acceptance of the Regulations for use of the Stadium and the Regulatory Code for the transfer of admission tickets to football events of SSC Napoli SpA (‘Code of Conduct’), both of which can be consulted on the official website sscnapoli.it.
The Code of Conduct contemplates all conduct deemed relevant for the purposes of the application of any sanctions by the SSC Napoli, the various types of sanctions as well as the relative application procedures.
SSC Napoli reminds its fans to read and scrupulously comply with the provisions of the Code of Conduct and the Regulations for use of the Stadium.
The Maradona Stadium is equipped with a state-of-the-art video surveillance system capable of identifying the perpetrators of violations of the Stadium Use Regulations and the Code of Conduct.
SSC Napoli condemns any violent behavior, even verbal, and any conduct that directly or indirectly involves offense, denigration or insult for reasons of race, color, religion, language, sex, nationality, ethnic origin or configure ideological propaganda prohibited by law or in any case praising discriminatory behavior or, more generally, that SSC Napoli deems not representative of its tradition and sporting identity.
