Danieli Automation & beanTech win with the IoT platform for integrated quality management for the metal industry

Q3-Premium, the innovative solution of Danieli Automation, is a real-time quality control system, extended to the entire steel plantdesigned to automatically classify products, through corrective actions guided by predictive models, in order to detect potential defects earlyalso estimating the physical characteristics of the final products.

The production of metals today is accompanied by a complex and data-intensive process that requires a high level of quality control and efficiency. However, many companies still rely on outdated solutions that cannot handle the large and diverse data sources generated by automation and quality management.
