Nicola Marcozzi confirmed at the top of Anmil

He presides over the Teramo and Abruzzo territorial councils: “Focus on safety awareness in the workplace”

TERAMO – L’National Association of Mutilated and Invalid Workers (Anmil) Teramo and Anmil Abruzzo have renewed their respective directors after the works of the 10th National Congress of the association held in early June in Montesilvano, entitled ‘Always one step ahead’.

In the province of Teramo, the Council is chaired by Nicola Marcozzi, while the territorial vice president is Arterio Di Giuseppe. The councilors are Gino Pelusi, Vincenzo Pettanice, Gabriele Rastelli, Giancarlo Ripani and Carlo Romagnoli.

Nicola Marcozzi is also at the top of the Regional Council, where he is supported by his deputy Claudio Ciampagna and by the councilors Antonello Mariani and Mario Petrocco.

One of the first objectives of the organizational management of the Anmil of Teramo is the 74th national day for the victims of accidents at work: it represents the most important annual event in memory of the victims of work, to underline how fundamental it is to put safety at work first.

Today, like yesterday, it is not acceptable to die at work – declares the president Nicola Marcozzi -, but from what emerges from INAIL data it seems that nothing changes despite technology, awareness and stringent regulations. Therefore, As president of Anmil, territorial and regional, in common agreement with the Council, I will commit myself with all my strength to put into practice precise and strategic actions that can have an impact on a phenomenon that is too underestimated but which weighs heavily on the country, such as the poor safety in the workplace, and on the increasingly reduced and unfair protections for those who are injured or contract an occupational disease”.
