I would add that we will have to increase the islands of bins, also these of new generation, dedicated to the diversification of separate waste collection. Modena has already experimented with some: we must multiply their presence’.
In short, goodbye to all the rhetoric of ‘dialogue with Hera to improve the service’ and of ‘implementation so that people get used to it’. With all due respect to Muzzarelli and the former councilor Alexandra Philippi. That method was a failure: Bologna had understood it for some time, Modena had not.
