Mayor Possamai: «Thanks to the police commissioner for this measure that brings peace back to the Pomari neighborhood in Vicenza»
The mayor of Vicenza Giacomo Possamai comment with these words the joint intervention that led to therevocation of the bar’s license LAS VEGAS:
“A sincere thank you to the police commissioner, Dario Sallustio, and to the agents of the State Police who, through an inter-force effort that lasted many months and that saw the collaboration of the Carabinieri and the local police of Vicenza, revoked the license of the owner of the Las Vegas bar in via Lanza ai Pomari. A measure that consists in the definitive closure of the public establishment and that will finally bring tranquility to the residents exasperated by over two years of degradation and illegal situations. This incident, for which the city of Vicenza once again applauds the work of the police headquarters, demonstrates how important it is to report and not be afraid to commit ourselves to enforcing the law. Now it is essential that we all continue together on this path and bring back legality and decorum to all those other commercial activities that think they are breaking the rules hoping to remain unpunished”.
