In the month of July there will be two appointments in Pisa to learn the technique of Nordic walking “the one with the special poles” that awaken our limbs.
On the mornings of Saturday 6th and Saturday 20th in the Viale delle Piagge Park you will be able to learn about the dynamics and beauty of this wonderful discipline that from simple walking transforms your walk into a real functional training in contact with nature and that you can practice all year round.
Many people today use poles, but some of them use them improperly and so they find themselves “carrying” the poles around instead of using them correctly.
Better to rely on an expert and transform the sticks into faithful and useful adventure companions.
The course is held by the pioneer of the Nordic walking discipline in the province of Pisa: Lorenzo Maio fitness coach and expert in walking techniques and super specialized in Nordic Walking.
The course is suitable for anyone from young to old, everyone will find in this practice the ideal solution to move better and achieve their goals of movement and psycho-physical well-being.
Thanks to this activity, participants will be able to become aware of the aspects related to correct body posture, motor coordination, foot functionality, spinal mobilization and muscle toning.
The Nordic Walking Basic course includes:
✓ 3 hours of completely outdoor training 10% theory + 90% practice
✓ the use of poles during the course
✓ the possibility of attending and repeating the basic Nordic walking course for free every time it is activated (valid for 1 year)
✓ a travelling lesson/training to be done within the year (duration of approximately 2 hours)
✓ Certificate of participation
