An important year of great growth for the very young white and blue athletes that the Head of the Youth Sector, Irene Spallucci, looks back on as follows: “We can only be satisfied with the results achieved by our youth sector in the recently concluded sports season. With the U17 we started from a new group with many girls at their first experiences in an 11-a-side football championship: the work and personal growth of each athlete was seen during the championship, when they brought home increasingly satisfying results and performances, improving day by day. Examples were then the call-ups to the first team of some promising young players”.

The Under 15 group almost reached the semifinals in the national championship-Interregional phase in the first phase. A great result, which brought out the competitive spirit in the young athletes, who deserve credit for keeping the enthusiasm of all their fans alive game after game. Reassuring words also for the Under 12 “Our little athletes played a brilliant championship, holding their own against several exceptional teams – explained Spallucci – This championship allowed us to start collaborations with the male clubs in the area, which allowed the athletes Sofia Franklin and Eleonora Ferrucci to play an all-female championship. I would like to sincerely thank ASD Sacra Famiglia Corato and ASD New Team Terlizzi”.

According to the coach of the white and blue youth teams, the future of Apulia Trani is already projected towards new challenges, investing so much in the youth sector that more than ever this year has ensured several girls in the first team, as well as guaranteeing all those who approach this wonderful sport, whether boys or girls, the right means to have fun and grow, not only from a sporting point of view, in a joyful and serene climate. “We can do this thanks to our qualified technicians, always ready to involve our athletes in many football adventures.
