New passenger services at Umbria Perugia Airport
Telepass for parking
One of the main innovations concerns the installation of a telepass lane at the entrance barriers to the Umbria Perugia airport. This system allows travellers to take advantage of automatic payment for parking throughout the airport parking area. Thanks to this innovation, passengers can save precious time and enjoy greater convenience, avoiding queues and simplifying the payment process.
Car rental service
The Umbria Airport recently welcomed its seventh car rental operator to the terminal. This expansion offers passengers a wider range of car rental options to meet their travel needs. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, travelers will be able to easily find the vehicle that best suits their needs.
Confagricoltura shopping store
In the spaces of the shopping gallery of the Umbria Perugia airport, a new store managed by Confagricoltura will open in the next few days. This store will be dedicated to the promotion and marketing of typical products of the Umbrian territory. Passengers will be able to purchase local specialties directly at the airport.
Maintenance and renovation of the Umbria Perugia airport terminal
Umbria Airport has also completed the repainting of the terminal facade, as part of the infrastructure maintenance program. This work helps maintain the airport’s modern and welcoming appearance, improving the visual experience of passengers in transit.
July concerts at the airport for passengers
In July, Umbria Airport will host five concerts for departing and arriving passengers. The concerts will be held in the area outside the terminal, between the main entrance and the arrivals exit. The Perugian group “I leoni di notte” will entertain travelers with a vast musical repertoire ranging from the 1930s to the present day. The musical events are scheduled for:
- Tuesday 2nd July, 11.45am – 2.15pm
- Tuesday 9th July, 11.45am – 2.15pm
- Tuesday 16th July, 11.45am – 2.15pm
- Friday 12th July, from 4.00pm to 6.30pm
- Sunday 14th July, from 6.45pm to 9.15pm
