We are in Tasso Squarewhere this open laboratory is the kingdom of Anthony Ciabattonia veteran of the ice cream world who founded his own Sorbettiera in 2007 and then moved to its permanent location a couple of years later. Its stylistic signature combines classic preparations with more modern techniques, always paying great attention to new trends and customers’ dietary needs, with a wide choice also for gluten freeand and lactose-free. It ranges from the great classics to imaginative creations, so from hazelnut and pistachio to the lime and basil cream inspired by the French pastry chef Jacque Genin. The house specialty? The brick, two rectangular wafers that contain the ice cream.
