The calendar of the ICE Hockey League 2024/25. The regular season will start on Friday, September 20, 2024 and will end on Friday, February 21, 2025. Like last year, the top six ranked teams will qualify directly for the playoffs (from the quarterfinals onwards, “best-of-seven” series), while the teams from seventh to tenth place will instead play the pre-playoffs in “best-of-three” series to determine the last two qualified for the post season. The teams from eleventh to thirteenth place will instead end their championship with the end of the regular season. Three international breaks are planned: from November 4 to 10, from December 9 to 15 (only for the three Italian teams) and from February 3 to 9.
HCB Alto Adige Alperia will make its debut with a weekend at home: on September 20, at 7:45 p.m., against Steinbach Black Wings Linz, while on Sunday, September 22 at 6 p.m. it will be time for the first derby against HC Val Pusteria. As for the holidays, the Foxes will play in Brunico on November 1, at home against Olimpija on December 8, at home against KAC on December 26, in Innsbruck on January 1 and at home against Val Pusteria on Sunday, January 5, the day before Epiphany. The home games against Asiago on October 4 and February 12 will exceptionally start at 8:30 p.m.
Detailed information regarding the preseason programme and the 2024/25 season ticket campaign will also be communicated in the coming days and weeks.
