Udine will bid farewell to Shimpei Tominaga for the last time in Sala Ajace.

The Municipality of Udine has decided to host a farewell moment open to all citizensto Udinese for healthy Shimpei Tominagathe Japanese entrepreneur who was tragically victim of the attack that occurred in via Pelliccerie on the night between Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd June.

It will be an informal moment: at the moment there are no institutional ceremonies or interventions by the authorities, but rather, at the family’s requestit will be an occasion dedicated to whoever wanted to give him the last greeting before the body’s return to Japan. The Municipality will make the Ajace room spaces available in the afternoon of Thursday 4th July from 5.30pm to 7.30pm and will allow access from the entrance located in the Loggia del Lionello.

L’July 8instead, the Udine Sicura Committee is organizing a silent procession on the theme of safety and with a special memory of the Japanese entrepreneur: along the route, in fact, there will be stops for lay white flowers (as per the tradition of the Rising Sun) in vicolo Raddi, where the man lived.
