MARSCIANO – The real boxer trains to fight and to FolignoBoxing they know it well. Over the weekend another debut took place in Marsciano for the Foligno club.
Carmine Marsocci (Elite category 75.00kg), climbs the 16 ropes for the first time and brings home a beautiful victory, full of dodges and technical shots.
But it doesn’t end here because at the boxing meeting organized by Marsciano Boxing the “little” also fought Leonardo Cucci (Junior 63.5kg category) against an opponent with an important name in the boxing scene. He faced it head on on the three rounds. Both put on a show with clean, technical boxing. The match ended in defeat, but only by the razor’s edge.
He can’t even win his match Fabio Chimera (67.00kg category), after having dominated the first round, he allowed himself to be unnerved by his opponent who took advantage of the situation and shifted the balance in his favour.
“In a few days, – recalls the technician Eleonora Negroni – it will be the third birthday for FolignoBoxe. With just two years of affiliation with the Italian Boxing Federation, a lot of progress has already been made, the boys’ matches are starting to be varied and their debuts are numerous. Both Alessandro Rosignoli (my sidekick) and I believe in each of them and we will still have a long way to go, or rather a lot of it.”
